At Febify, we are committed to providing you with high-quality women's clothing that meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • The products purchased on Febify.in can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Post this, return or exchange is not allowed.

    • Note: Febify Provide 100% Refund Which Purchase From Us.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached & Unboxing Video is Required for return.

  2. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service team at help@febify.in to initiate a return request.
    • Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
    • Also attached Unboxing video to our Mail Id.
    • Our team will guide you on how to return the item, including any shipping instructions.

  3. Refund Procedure:

    • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • Please allow 14  business days  for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping. You May Sent return parcel to Our Warehouse Address via Your Own Cost.
    • We Have not Any Kind Of Reverse Pickup Service.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

  5. Exchanges:

    • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return Process As per Above Return process.
    • If You Want To exchange any product You Want To Send parcel to Our Warehouse Address Via Your Own Shipping Cost.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached & Unboxing Video is Required for return.
  6. Exceptions:

    • Certain items such as undergarments, swimwear (with hygiene seals removed), and personalized/customized products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.
